If you have an idea of improvement or detected an anomaly in your version of TYPE3-CAA you can fill the following form and one of our Application Engineers will follow up with you. It will eventually be providing you with a ticket number for future reference.
Submit a ticket form is exclusively directed to the Global Support Helpdesk based in France, but one of our Worldwide Application Engineers can also get back to you through one of our subsidiaries. Make sure to put as much information as possible to describe your feedback(s) with your personal information and the version of CATIA® on which it is happening so we can reach you back.
